Welcome! HDH HR has been working on making updates to some of our processes in order to streamline our workflows and further facilitate communications. Types of Forms

Please note that certain forms can be submitted by both mangers and supervisors and others can only be submitted by division administrators due to the type of information that is being requested. Below you will find which forms fall under each category.
